Orders up to $250 (before HST): $7.99 + HST delivery fee

Orders $400 and over (before HST): Free delivery

Order cut-off time: Wednesday at 5:00 PM for regular orders, or Wednesday at 11:00 AM for pre-cut produce — both for the following week’s delivery.

Orders submitted after the cut-off time may be accepted only on a case-by-case basis, subject to product availability and operational capacity.

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email shortly after we receive your order (this is not your invoice).

Your final invoice and delivery schedule will be emailed 24 hours before delivery.

Orders are delivered to the school during regular school hours.

Our driver will place the food in the designated area shown by the school and take photos to verify all items were delivered.

A staff member from the school must be present to receive the delivery, verify the order, and sign the printed invoice.

In the event of delays due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., snowstorms, traffic, or accidents), our dispatch team will promptly notify the school.

If any items are missing, the school must report this to the Order Desk immediately for assistance.

Weekly delivery: Wednesdays, 10:00 AM.

Minimum order: 100 units (sandwiches), 100 units (wraps).

Weekly delivery: Thursdays, 10:00 AM.

Minimum order: 100 units.

Delivered freshly prepared to Toronto, Halton, and Peel Regions only.
